About the Attorney & Firm


An Ormond Beach native, Attorney Carleen A. Leffler-Nicastro played volleyball and softball for Spruce Creek High School before attending Webber International University, in Babson Park, Florida. While at Webber International University Mrs. Leffler-Nicastro majored in Business Management. After graduation, Mrs. Leffler-Nicastro moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she received her MBA from Jacksonville University and her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. Since becoming licensed, Mrs. Leffler-Nicastro has practiced in Federal Litigation, Insurance Disputes, Estate Planning, Probate, Business Litigation, Corporate Formations, Real Estate, Family Law and Immigration. 

Mrs. Leffler-Nicastro and her husband, Timothy Nicastro, Jr., moved back to their hometown in January of 2018 to be closer to their families. They currently have five adorable dogs: Bella, Lily, Jade, Sage, and Rixy. 

Mrs. Leffler-Nicastro is active in the Volusia County Bar Association, BNI Power Team, Junior League of Daytona Beach and the Rotary Club of Downtown Ormond Beach. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division of the Volusia County Bar Association, as Vice President of BNI Power Team (Port Orange, FL), as the Secretary of the Downtown Ormond Beach Rotary Club, and as the Co-Chair for the State Public Affairs Committee of the Junior League of Daytona Beach. Mrs. Leffler-Nicastro was also recently appointed to the Voluntary Bar Liaison Committee for the Florida Bar.

A general practice firm that focuses on corporate law, business law, business formation, business transactional law, business litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, estate planning, and probate.
